New Co-Chiefs

Many community members are aware that we identify volunteer co-chiefs for some of our key volunteer positions such as Robot Inspector and Volunteer Coordinator, along with others. These co-chiefs serve as sounding boards for FIRST Robotics Competition staff and do things such as support training. They are also a resource for volunteers in their areas of specialization, able to provide

ST. LOUIS, M.O. – June 24, 2022 – Students from around the world were recognized yesterday at the 2022 FIRST® LEGO® League Global Innovation Award Ceremony presented by Qualcomm Incorporated. MANCHESTER, N.H., August 2, 2022FIRST®, a robotics community that prepares young people for the future, and LEGO® Education announced that the 2022-2023 FIRST® LEGO® League season, SUPERPOWEREDSM for students in grades PreK-8) will inspire students to explore where energy comes from and how it is distributed, stored, and used – and then put their superpowered creativity to work to innovate for a better energy future.

For the FIRST LEGO League SUPERPOWERED season, FIRST collaborated with experts in the fields of energy and sustainability. These experts, who made up the Challenge Advisory

The Official Scorer for FIRST Robotics Competition is a volunteer position for the 2023 game, FIRST CHARGED UP. Official Scorers observe matches, count game pieces, and input scores. Work under the direction of the Head Referee. This role is a physically active role positioned on the perimeter of the playing field.

*Must sign a Conflict of Interest and Disclosure Statement prior to start of service. A conflict of interest does not necessarily preclude an individual from being assigned the Referee role.
