one: Combine ingrediants in large bowl and stirt till well mixted.
two: lay out a few wonton wrappers in a strat line keeping the rest covered with a damp paper towle.
three: spoon a teaspoon of your filling onto the center of the wrapper
four: dip your finger in the water and wet ALL eges of the wrapper
Put shrimp (drained) into blender and do a couple pulses. Mix (blend) in cream cheese, onion powder horseradish. After mixed well, shape into ball. Pour cocktail sauce over before serving. Serve with crackers.

Roll it out for loaves or knots. You can use eggwash to make the dough brown and shiny. Brush it on. Then let it rise once more before you place in the oven.
