Ingredients:

3.5 oz yeast

0.5 qt. water 

1 qt. pinnapple juice

4 oz milk powder 

8 oz butter 

8 oz sugar

2 oz salt

5 lb. flour  ( high gluten is the best or bread flour,  if you do not have either then AP will work.)

 

Prep Work: 

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

Instructions: 

Procedure:

This is a straight dough recipe.  This means that you just have to through everything into the mixer then mix.  

Cut this recipe in half or quarters to fit in a mixer at home. 

Mix this for 7-8 minutes.  Then let it rest and rise 3 times.  

Roll it out for loaves or knots.  You can use eggwash to make the dough brown and shiny.  Brush it on.  Then let it rise once more before you place in the oven. 

Bake until done.
