Ingredients: 

1 package of wonton wrappers 

1 cup water 

filling: 

1/2 cup rocota

1 cup of shatake mushrooms 

1/2 cup basil, chooped 

1/2 cup of parmsan cheese 

1 egg 

 1 pinch of nutmeg 

1 tablespoon salt 

1 tablespoon pepper 

sauce: ALFREDO SAUCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mixing bowl 

large pot  

pan 

salt and pepper          

 

Prep Work: 

start boiling water in the large pot 

 

Instructions: 

 one: Combine ingrediants in large bowl and stirt till well mixted. 

 two: lay out a few wonton wrappers in a strat line keeping the rest covered with a damp paper towle. 

three: spoon a teaspoon of your  filling  onto the center of the wrapper 

four: dip your finger in the water and wet ALL eges of the wrapper 

five: carefully place the edes togethe to make a nice seal 

six ask your aldut helper  to cook the ravioli by GENTLEY placing them in boiling water. Allow the ravioli to cook for a total of 8 minutes. Once they are cooked, remove them from the water and arange them on a pladder. 

seven: heat the alfredo sauce in pan and then put  on ravioli.
